We are one team, always growing, putting our clients first.Data Insights - Analyst Where does the role sit / What we are looking forWe are seeking a results driven data analyst with a passion for finance and wealth management to join the newly established Data and Analytics Centre of Excellence.The purpose of this role is to enable the delivery of exceptional client experience through data driven decisions. You will collaborate with key stakeholders in Wealth Management, Strategy and Marketing to deliver outcomes that improve operational efficiency, client experience and business performance. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person join Ireland’s leading Wealth Management business and develop their career in Data and Analytics.Key Responsibilities Develop reporting solutions (reports and dashboards), manage end to end reporting including storyboarding, identifying key report metrics, data aggregation/trend analysis and presenting recommendations to management Support ad-hoc analysis, proposing data driven solutions, and leading process improvement initiatives for our business Wealth Analytics - develop insights that guide actions and/or result in improved business outcomes including customer experience, improve business performance and deliver efficiencies  Leverage advanced analytical techniques to generate insights from data including propensity modelling, segmentation, forecasting and next best action Work in multi-disciplinary teams with colleagues across Data and Analytics and technology to deliver outcomes that improve operational efficiency, client experience and business performance RequirementsKey Requirements Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in an insight, analytics or reporting role, preferably within financial services industry or wealth management sector Excellent academic background in relevant quantitative field (computer science, information management, data science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or other comparable quantitative discipline) Experience in one or more SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), analytical methods (SAS, R, Python) Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to align analytics initiatives with business objectives Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Stakeholder Management – be able to work with colleagues to understand their challenges, develop data driven solutions to improve performance
