Why This Role Is Valuable: The Global RGM Finance & Analytics Lead will drive the execution of a long-term RGM strategy ensuring the advancement of RGM analytics & reporting at Global & Market level. You will equip the business to deliver data science driven decisions across the 4 spectrums (Descriptive/Diagnostic/Predictive/Prescriptive). You will develop, optimise and maintain standard RGM reports and dashboards, creating one version of the truth for commercial data utilisation. You will partner with experts (ICT, Insights, Finance) for defining the next level of data governance and insights generation, and subsequent optimisation of tools & analytics What You Bring To The Role: 7+ years’ experience in Revenue Growth Management and/or Business Analytics in the FMCG sector. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Analytics, Business, or other related field. Demonstrated expertise in business analytics and data visualization tools. Excellent commercial, financial and analytical acumen, leveraging this capability for breakthrough thinking. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, Insights & ICT across global & local markets. Successful track record of leading and developing others, with a passion for building organisational capability, ideally in a matrixed & multi market organisation. Flexibility to travel internationally as required. Takes ownership, shows initiative and shares new ideas. Collaborative approach.
