Dentaltech Group is a leading provider of dentures, denture services and innovative 'Truefit' Veneers for a range of customers throughout Ireland. We are committed to improving the lives of our ageing population by providing convenient, high-quality denture and dental care. Due to growth and expansion, we now have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team. What you'll be doing: This is an important strategic role in our Company. You'll be helping us to refine our sales process across our product range and then to build our sales, especially in the nursing home sector in Ireland. Main aspects of the role:       Work closely with our Managing Director to map out and optimise our sales process for both our Direct-to-Consumer veneer product and our B2B offering to nursing homes.       Liaise closely with our marketing team to ensure consistency of our sales and marketing messaging.       Liaise closely with our treatment plan co-ordinators to optimise our sales conversion rate.       Develop our B2B sales to the nursing home sector in Northern Ireland and Rep. of Ireland. Induction and training for this role will be held at our HQ in Terenure, Dublin. Following this period it is envisaged the role will be hybrid with 1 day per week at our HQ, working from home and 'on the road' with customers.  Who we are looking for: You will be an experienced sales-person with the ability to think strategically about how to grow and develop sales opportunities. You will have a strong focus on customer relationship management - focused on honesty and integrity in your dealing with customers. You will be an excellent team-player and strong communicator- skilled in managing relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. Experience-wise, you will have a minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience, ideally selling services. Experience selling medical related services or selling into nursing homes would be an advantage. What we are offering: Salary of c. EUR42-45,000 negotiable for year one, depending on experience. There is a very transparent uncapped commission structure in place with a very strong earnings potential over the next few years.
