Success means blending strategic vision with technical know-how to guide programs to fruition, all while inspiring and empowering others to navigate complex challenges.” – CTO ABOUT THE ROLE: Collaborate with Finance Leadership to shape IT, Digital & Analytical strategies that drive functional goals and address challenges, risks, and opportunities. Develop robust business cases for programs in tandem with the Finance function, ensuring clear identification of ROI and benefits. Spearhead vendor selection processes, evaluating cost, quality, and capability alignment for program delivery, and oversee ongoing vendor performance and relationships. Lead the delivery of IT, Digital & Analytical Finance programs, coordinating with broader IT teams to ensure alignment with program plans and transformative capabilities for the Finance function. ABOUT THE PERSON: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, or equivalent with over 10 years of IT business experience, particularly in global SAP and ERP implementations. Extensive expertise in core SAP Finance solutions and governance, as well as deep experience in developing Finance Analytics utilizing tools like SAP BW, HANA, and Microsoft Power BI. Proficient in Financial Planning, Analysis, and Budgeting, with a track record of outstanding customer service, vendor management, and effective communication across all organizational levels. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, manage budgets, develop teams, and engage senior stakeholders, while keeping abreast of industry trends and fostering enthusiasm and collaboration within teams.
