Reporting to the Personal Lines Team Manager, the Senior Client Service Advisor will be responsible for client servicing of a range of High-Net-Worth Personal Lines accounts, with the ability to work as part of a team.Main responsibilities will include:Managing a portfolio of High-Net-Worth Personal Lines Clients within a busy and pro-active broking environmentManaging clients’ renewals from start to finish, assisting with mid-term alterations, dealing with general day to day client and carrier queries and administrative duties pertaining to sameVetting insurance and supporting documentation against defined requirements/standards on behalf of StakeholdersProviding assistance as required to colleagues across a range of personal lines productsReviewing policy wordingsAttending client meetings/Insurer meetings off siteBuilding strong relationships with clients, underwriters and colleagues through the delivery of a market leading serviceSecuring and retaining clients by providing an excellent serviceParticipation in campaigns and sales initiatives to target new clientsExpanding and sharing knowledge and capabilitiesMaintaining the utmost standards of compliance and adherence to broking best-practice Complying with all management audit requirementsOther duties that may arise as the business requiresHow this opportunity is differentThe Senior Client Service Advisor will have the chance to work for one of the biggest insurance broker services firms globally, facing and dealing with high level net worth individuals and insurers across the personal lines environment. Working in a commercial environment, you will be supported by a similar minded professional individuals and motivated dynamic team. Skills and experience that will lead to successStrong experience in broking sectors Comply, on an ongoing basis, with the minimum competency requirements laid down by the Central Bank, including but not limited to:To be CIP qualified (minimum) Progress to ACII (desirable)Meet the Central Bank Fitness & Probity standardsProvide evidence of compliance with maintaining CPD hours (min 2 year) Have a desire to improve knowledge across a range of General insurance productsAbility to communicate effectively with clients, insurers and colleaguesExcellent organizational and administrative skills with ability to work to strict deadlinesTeam player with the ability to work on own initiativeAbility to prioritize workload and deliver on objectivesHave a strong customer focus and a keen eye for detailProficient in Microsoft platforms i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPointHow we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
