About You: Experience and Expertise: 2-4 years of experience as a structural engineer in diverse development projects. Desire for reinforced concrete design experience. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Eurocodes, ideally with experience in Ireland, the UK, or Europe. Aspirations to achieve Chartered status with Engineers Ireland/IStructE. Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong technical and analytical abilities, showcasing effective problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Relationship Building and Management: Ability to cultivate relationships with colleagues, Design Team members, Clients, and Contractors. Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management skills. Continuous Learning: A keen interest in ongoing professional development and learning. IT Proficiency: Good IT skills, including experience with structural analysis packages such as Tekla, Tedds, Etabs, etc. Requirements: Full driver's license is desirable. Valid work permit to work in Ireland.
