<p>The 4*Bridge House Hotel Tullamore is one of Ireland’s most popular landmark hotels and is centrally located in the thriving midlands town of Tullamore.</p> <p>The Bridge House Hotel has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager in their Balcone Restaurant to join their existing team.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in the consistent delivery of service to each and every guest and to ensure your team do likewise.</li> <li>To assist the Restaurant Manager in managing, training and developing the restaurant team, ensuring objectives are set and regularly monitored.</li> <li>To ensure that the hotel’s service values and core values are communicated to each team member.</li> <li>To ensure that areas of responsibility are clean and well maintained at all times.</li> <li>To ensure your team are well presented and that their demeanour is always professional and polite.</li> <li>To be a constant management presence within your department.</li> <li>To encourage upselling at every opportunity</li> <li>To provide support where necessary in other areas of the Hotel</li> <li>To ensure all cash, charge, float and till procedures are carried out in compliance with company policy and assist in ensuring all colleagues are trained.</li> <li>To assist in developing the product and service offering within our 4-star hotel.</li> </ul> <p>The successful candidates must have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a 4 star restaurant environment</p>
