Linea Leader, our online HR platform, developed by our expert-led team, supports with the development of strategic HR plans and initiatives.We have an exciting, fast paced, entrepreneurial culture, strong brand and reputation and are growing rapidly.We have an inclusive culture and welcome people with fresh thinking and new ideas.You get recognised AND rewarded for your contribution to growth!What You’ll Do As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for pursuing and generating new leads.The role of the Senior Business Development Executive is tosystematically follow up on all inbound leads provided to youdeliver an outbound sales strategy to further grow our market share amongst experienced HR practitioners. How You'll Do ItProspect, initiate and nurture relationships with HR decision-makers to generate new business opportunitiesIdentify clients’ requirements and challenges with a client centric approachManage the sales process and develop your accounts from initial contact to closurePrepare and present online Linea Leader demonstrations to prospectsClose sales and achieve quarterly targetsCapture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM systemParticipate in weekly sales meetings and monthly/quarterly company meetingsProvide feedback on wins, losses and client feedback, to support the ongoing refinement of our Linea Leader sales strategiesMaintain knowledge and awareness of HR trends as well as products and servicesRedirect potential sales for Adare Human Resource Management HR Consulting Services to other Business Development team members as appropriatePerform outbound activities / lead generation to build revenue pipelineCommunicate and establish expectations for weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals. RequirementsStrong and credible telephone and online presenceExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectivelyIndependent and team playerEnergetic and enthusiastic attitudeYou must be relationship focused, a hunter and a closer! ExperienceProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsIdeally 4 years of B2B sales experienceIdeally experience working with Salesforce (or comparable CRM) – training will be providedExperience selling HR/Recruitment/Training/Wellness and/or employee benefits products is a plusSaaS experience an advantage Qualifications (ideally)Sales and / or Marketing qualificationHR diploma / degree This is an unmissable opportunity!
