​Training ManagerPartnered exclusively with one of my longest standing clients, I am supporting a crucial hire to facilitate further progress addressing continued regulatory improvement activities on site.This business has grown successfully over recent years and has an increasing demand in services across its client base. As part of the continued focus on improving quality processes and compliance in the business, this position will take on key responsibility for pulling together different departments in the business and overseeing training.This will include designing, developing and delivering key training across Production, Quality, Engineering and Warehouse teams as well as wider office functions.​Whilst pharmaceutical experience is clearly advantageous, this role is more about understanding what is required to coordinate successful and consistent training, learning and development. Working closely with the site Managing Director, it will require a strong, enthusiastic individual to drive process change and manage engagement.Experience:Strong experience in training design, development and delivery ideally within a GMP settingPharmaceutical (or related) experience is preferredTrack record of creating training programmesUnderstanding of the manufacturing environmentFocus on continuous improvementUnderstanding of quality assurance and delivering training in a compliance focused environmentIf you would like to discuss this opportunity further,
