Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and driven Finance Leader to join our International Finance Team. This role will have responsibility for owning all financial planning, reporting, and decision support activities for the Zoetis commercial business across the globe (all international markets ex-US) with $4B revenue. The role will lead the International FP&A and Center of Excellence Teams which provide finance support to all markets and clusters. The role will report to the Senior VP Finance for International Operations and partner with the Executive Business Leaders. Your Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Forecasting Own financial planning and forecasting activities in collaboration with the Cluster Finance Leads. Consolidate analysis and commentary to ensure plans are based on solid assumptions and robust data, highlighting key risks and opportunities. Lead the preparation of budget and forecast reviews with Corporate. Challenge the current processes and lead initiatives to drive simplification, automation and value creation. Business Results & Reporting Own standard reporting and performance analytics/insights to support markets in understanding their financial performance, trends, and key drivers. Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements and other related monthly reports for International Operations Leadership and for Zoetis Corporate. Proactive analysis and interpretation of business performance in explaining monthly revenue and expense variances to plan and forecast. Consolidation of risks and opportunities that give insights to key stakeholders which will aid decision making. Lead the preparation of the quarterly earnings process for the International Operations. Manage process excellence and compliance governance across revenue, COGS, and OPEX financials. Drive continuous automation and digitalization of processes and reporting. Business Partnering Serve as the financial advisor to the International leadership team on key commercial decisions and business strategies. Ensure company resources are optimally deployed and efficiently used in driving enterprise priorities. Present business results, financial projections, and insights to the International Leadership Team. Participate in the cluster business reviews and advise on the financial implications of the business decisions. Act as Finance business partner for the Commercial Center of Excellence in International. Lead cross-functional initiatives and provide support to Supply chain, Zoetis Technology & Digital, Business development, HR, as necessary. Lead International FP&A and Center of Excellence Teams Champion a culture centered on embracing a growth mindset, diversity and inclusion, and empowerment. Build and maintain a high-performing and collaborative team, with strong focus on continuous development. Drive standardization and foster best practice sharing amongst the teams. Coordinate activities between Zoetis FP&A CoE, Zoetis Shared Services, and local finance colleagues to ensure end to end process delivery. Qualifications (Training, Education & Prior Experience): Preferred Qualifications and Skills 8+ years’ experience in regional or global finance leadership roles. 5+ years of hiring, leading and developing teams experience. Business partnering experience with senior executives. Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives. Solid knowledge of financial processes and systems. Skills Exemplify a growth mindset and adaptability. Strong commercial acumen and outside-in thinking. Ability to communicate with senior leaders, to influence and to help drive better decisions. Relationship building and collaboration. Digital fluency: understanding of technology, data, and automation. Strong ability to organize, prioritize tasks and good knowledge in time management.
