Manage patient care to ensure the highest professional standards using an evidence-based, care planning approach. Provide a high level of professional and clinical leadership. Requirements   possess a minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience in an acute general setting minimum of 2 years of nurse management experience in a critical care environment.     ICU qualification is required, along with a management qualification.   Experience in Cardiothoracic surgery is preferred. candidates must have experience in preceptorship, teaching, and assessing students and junior staff.   Registration in the General Division of the live register of nurses maintained by the NMBI is mandatory.
