Globally known pharmaceutical company, is looking for a German speaking professional to join their Order Management department. No previous experience required - Full training provided.The roleIn this role you will be a primary contact for business to business (B2B) customers, making sure their orders are processed, accurately and in a timely manner.Administration tasks are significant part of the role, hence, attention to details is essential.Customer Service element is a bit different than a typical call centre: There is no ticketing system. While processing orders and doing everyday tasks, you will be taking occasional customer calls and emails.What are we looking for?  An ideal candidate is a person that genuinely cares about people, with good communication skills and English.Any kind of previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-oriented role is desirable, but, again, not mandatory.Can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn is key.Salary and Benefits Base salary €32, per yearYou’ll be working Monday to Friday, regular office hours (8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm). There is hybrid model in place: 3 days per week from the office in Dublin 22, and 2 days from home. After successful onboarding and probation, you can request to work up to 6 weeks / 30 working days from abroad (T&C apply).
