The new manger will help lead the Structures team responsible for design and certification of a range of modifications to all Boeing Commercial Aircraft models.This role is based in BGS EASA Modifications site at Dublin Airport, Ireland, with hybrid working options. Travel to other sites is expected with occasional international travel.Responsibilities:Managing employees performing Structures design and certification activitiesLead engineering functional excellence in people, processes, tools and practices; driving a continuous improvement mindsetAssist leading the execution of Structures engineering activities across BGS EASA Mods and ensures all products and services delivered on time and on budget.Leads, develops and motivates employees, including skill, career and talent development.Driving the development and execution of technical projects and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set effective operational goals while leading the execution of solution-based engineering through effective resource allocation and management.Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
