The department IT Service and Operation Management provides users with a broad and comprehensive high-quality spectrum of technical systems and services for the available. The spectrum ranges from the development, operation and administration of server client, network, web and mainframe solutions to support and advice for specialist departments on the expansion of digital offerings and the use of new technologies. We are looking for several Network Architect / Network Administrator / System Engineer (m/f/d) for the Karlsruhe or Stuttgart location with immediate effect. This includes in particular the internal networks of DRV Baden-Württemberg as well as supra-regional network structures that are operated in conjunction with other pension insurance institutions in southern Germany. This includes Planning and participation in infrastructure projects within DRV Baden-Württemberg with a focus on network and network security Configuration, administration and further development of the LAN / WLAN infrastructure Structured fault analysis, diagnosis and rectification in the environment of the described areas of responsibility Creation and maintenance of technical documentation What we would like from you Completed (technical) university/bachelor's degree with a computer science component or comparable training with relevant professional experience, ideally with a focus on the network environment Sound knowledge in the administration of LAN / WLAN components Experience with Cisco components and solutions is desirable Knowledge of software-defined networking (SDN) is an advantage Very good understanding of cross-system and IT-technical contexts Your way of working is structured and independent You are a team player, have analytical skills and strong communication skills Business fluent in written and spoken German Does this appeal to you?
