Tate, a world class global data centre design, engineering and manufacturing business, operating as part of the Kingspan Group PLC which has current revenues of over EUR8bn, is currently in search of a dynamic Commercial Manager for our Structural Hot Aisle Containment product segment. This pivotal role will focus on growing Tate's presence in this sector by cultivating key relationships across Europe and managing the entire pre-sales and customer engagement process. As a pivotal member of our team, this individual will have considerable influence in shaping our sales execution, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning Tate Europe for continued success within the Data Centre space. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will support the execution of ambitious growth plans, securing Tate's continued leadership in the Hot Aisle Containment space. Key Purpose of the Role: Responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring our short and long-term strategy meets and exceeds their expectations while maintaining a strong focus on the customer experience. This includes ensuring alignment and support from all stakeholders in delivering a comprehensive value proposition and new innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a focused commercial plan to drive sales growth and customer success across Europe. Identify and engage proactively with key customers to understand their unique needs and challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (locally and globally), including Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives. Lead the negotiation of contracts and agreements with key customers, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties. Execute strategies that drive revenue growth within key client accounts by delivering a quality and profitable service to existing customers as well as identifying new business opportunities to deliver revenues. Deliver a close working relationship and liaise with our cross-regional teams focused on common products and customers. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential threats. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a Business or Engineering discipline is preferred. Strong technical background and understanding of Data Centre infrastructure and construction methods. Extensive experience in a senior sales or technical role, preferably within the Data Centre industry. A proven track record of exceeding targets and driving business growth through innovative solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Experience working across different business functions and geographical locations. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, including market segmentation, account targeting, and pipeline management. Willingness to travel frequently within Europe to meet with clients and attend industry events, in addition to flexibility working within varying time zones.
