We are now accepting applications for full-time, Sales Consultation Coordinator to join our sales team.

Compensation: Hourly Wage plus performance spiff

Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday Overtime, including nights and weekends required during high demand. Rotating on-call responsibilities including nights and weekends.

Primary Role: Consultation Coordinator's primary role is to provide excellent customer service and provide internal support to the sales team. Oversee the daily schedule of the sales department; scheduling and dispatching each call prioritizing logistics, skill level and availability.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner consistent with the company core values.
  • Answer incoming calls and assist clients with scheduling appointments and other inquiries for sales and assisting the dispatch team with service, maintenance and install.
  • Schedule sales appointments to maximize selling potential.
  • Track all leads and sales producing reports as needed.
  • Conduct outbound calls to generate selling opportunities; Includes contacting leads and

clients in our database.

  • Accurate, dependable, and consistent data entry.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all finance, rebate, and reward programs.
  • Conduct post-appointment quality assurance calls.
  • Inform and educate customers of additional products, services, and replacement options.
  • Swiftly and professionally resolve client and/or technician concerns. Escalate as needed.
  • Participate in lead generating company events and trade shows.
  • Assist Sales Manager with administrative duties as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years' experience in high level customer service applications.
  • Able to learn software applications and use with proficiency, accuracy, and confidence.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Google programs.
  • Able to work independently and with a team to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Highly dependable with superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to stay calm and flexible in stressful or fluid working situations.
  • Capable of making sound decisions based upon logic and reasoning.
  • Expert customer service skills including professional verbal, telephone, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Geographical knowledge of our servicing area or ability to read maps.
  • High energy personality and leadership qualities.
  • Integrity and discretion with sensitive and/or confidential information
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
