Position Overview: They are currently seeking a talented Business Development Manager with a strong background in large format printing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients and contribute to the success of an industry-leading company. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's client base and increase revenue within the large format printing market. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building. * Nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations. * Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. * Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients. * Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. * Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). * Proven track record of success in business development within the large format printing industry. * Strong understanding of large format printing processes, materials, and technologies. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. * Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
