If you love leading and influencing complex business relationships, then this could be your ideal job, and we'd love to hear from you.Key Qualifications: - Proven experience as an account executive or in a Supply Demand Analyst role - You will need strong analytical abilities, and should be able to evaluate, analyse and present data to a broad audience - Solution oriented analytical planning skills - Strong work ethic, perseverance and flexibility - Excellent social, influencing, commercial & organisational skills - Meticulous attention to detail & ability to drive precise executionPractical & focused approach to problem solving and process improvementAbility to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situationsAbility to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional team environmentSome demand planning specific experience and a background in forecasting is criticalExperience in leading cross functional projectsAdvanced numeracy skills and strong knowledge of ExcelFluency in English and French is essentialDescription: Be the voice of the Reseller Channel within Operations to ensure that our products are in the right places at the right times to maximize opportunities.Positively influence reseller ranging, digital and assortment strategiesBuild and maintain effective working relationships with key customers, and use statistical & collaborative forecasting techniques to accurately forecast consumer demandYou will prepare reseller demand data, and conduct detailed analysis to minimise forecast errorOwn and drive long-term quarterly and weekly forecasting of products, taking responsibility for framing any actual differences to these forecastsAcquire business knowledge and incorporate this information into your forecast reporting and presentation of executive reviewsPlan and execute New Product Introductions and ForecastsWork on own initiative, to capture and disseminate information needed to make decisions and drive the business.Ensure adherence of key resellers' contractual requirementsUnderstand our resellers’ supply chain models & overall market dynamics.Additional Requirements: Closing date: 24 April
