The Financial Planning & Control Senior Analyst is responsible to assist the Planning & Control department in its financial operations. What your responsibilities will be: Prepare, reconcile, and review inventory and provision accounts for proper inventory valuation. Perform month end close duties such as journal entries, and prepare management reports. Review and verify documents required by SOX compliance team. Analyze and report manufacturing variances and their causes. Prepare and review audit schedules and provide requested information for internal/external auditors. Preparation of forecasting and budget. Participate in physical inventory. Perform assigned tasks using established procedures with sound judgment, evaluation and critical thinking. What you will bring to the role: Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering. Minimum 2-3 years Big-4 audit experience or relevant accounting experience in a manufacturer multinational company, Pharmaceutical is a plus. Experience utilizing enterprise software systems is highly preferred. Knowledge of fundamental accounting and cost accounting concepts, practices and procedures. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles. Ability to identify continuous improvement measures. Must be proactive, results oriented, and have strong attention to detail. Self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language. Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Strong Excel skills, . knowledge of V-Look Ups, Pivot Tables, basic accounting formulas, etc. Specific experience with SAP is preferred.
