Our client is searching for an individual with a background in retail, Catering, Fresh food, or high-end convenience retail management. As the Shop Manager, you will lead a team of personnel of 20+, overseeing recruitment, training, and motivation, while also managing the financial aspects of the deli/ butchers, and food production section, ensuring impeccable cleanliness, standards, and an exceptional customer experience is maintained throughout.  The salary for this position is up to €45,000 DOE, accompanied by additional benefits.
