Description: Cpl Healthcare is association with our client who provides Complex Specialist Rehabilitation services to patients who, as a result of an accident, illness or Injury, have acquired a physical or cognitive disability and require a specialist Programme of rehabilitation are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Clinical pharmacist to join their team in Dublin.The role will be offered on a full time (35 hours Mon - Fri) 12 Month Specified contractPurpose of the Position:Conduct day-to-day operations of the pharmacy service within an evidence-based quality and multi-disciplinary healthcare environment.Exercise professional judgement in resolving problems and take a leading role in identification, development and implementation of quality improvements.Staff management and supervision, in-service training and professional development and development of medicines protocols.Pharmacy department planning and performance monitoring, benchmarking and work practices development.To provide a pharmaceutical Service to the patientsClinical DutiesProvide a clinical pharmacy service to the wardsProvide clinical training to pharmacy internsAssist in the provision of a clinical training program for NRH pharmacy staffActively promote and participate in continuing education and training programs.Provide timely pharmaceutical advice to all healthcare professionalsTo provide evaluated, impartial and up to date information with respect to patient’s medications.To counsel patients on their medicationsTo provide education on pharmaceutical matters to other Healthcare workers.To develop and implement procedures and SOP’s for the benefit of improved patient careQualificationsThe candidate must, on the latest date for receiving completed application forms for the office, possess:BSc(Pharm)M.P.S.I.Registration with the PSI3 Years + Hospital experienceFor a full Job Specification or for further information please contact Stephen on 01 4825424 or forward your updated CV to #PharmacyRolesJul23
