We are seeking someone to join our expanding sales team. The Role:   New Business Development – Dublin Responsibilities As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing recurring revenue streams within new accounts.Building a strong sales pipeline by using prospecting strategies, identifying and closing new opportunities.Responsible for developing long term relationships with a portfolio of new customers connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.   Partner with the Account Support team to ensure the provision of an exemplary customer experience Liaise between customers and cross functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer need.Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of trending technologies, services and products through training programs and by working closely with vendors to ensure our customers receive the best-in-class service and support.   Establish and develop with prospective customers, analysing the accounts to identify opportunities for selling, upselling and cross selling of our products & service offerings.  Ensuring delivery of service profitability in line with Service Level Agreements to ensure customers receive service within agreed timelines and where necessary liaise with customers in relation to uplifts and contract reviews  Deliver reporting internally and externally in line with date specific reporting requirements.  Establish and maintain positive business relationships with suppliers, partners (internal and external) deploying and complying with organisational processes.    Requirements Previous experience and proven track record in a new business development role.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Excellent selling, listening and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment. Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity. Ability to prioritize among competing tasks. Excellent attention to detail and adherence to deadlines  At Nostra we value our people.  We are a passionate team committed to doing our best, our values are trust, accountability, expertise, people, integrity, and empathy.  These values form a central part of our recruitment process. Nostra is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
