Experience in B2B sales is essential.Working in the sales department you will need to be ambitious, proactive, results driven & enjoy selling with rewards of uncapped commission!This is so important to us. By joining our team, you will be playing a vital role as together we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody. Your responsibilities: You will manage an end to end B2B sales process.Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, establishing their recruitment advertising needsSource new business leads, taking ownership of your own sales pipeline.Achieve monthly revenue targets and call KPIs (60 dials a day / 90 minute talk time)Sales reporting, use of CRM systems & forecastingQualificationsYour skills and Qualifications 2+ years related B2B sales experience.Proven track record of achieving individual sales/revenue targets and KPI’s.Proactive on the phones to make client calls and build connections with prospects.Proven experience of establishing a client base with a consultative sales approach.Strong computer literacy.
