An exciting opportunity to join a leading global organisation as HR Director where you will have responsibility across EMEA, APAC and Americas. Key Responsibilities: Facilitating regular collaboration through individual meetings, leadership gatherings, and team sessions to foster teamwork and communication. Collaborating closely with leadership to drive organisational change and achieve shared goals. Leveraging market intelligence and industry knowledge to develop and implement customised individual plans supporting business strategy objectives Supporting and directing the business across talent development, leadership, performance, retention, organisational design, diversity & inclusion and workforce planning. Teaming up with global teams to implement strategic people management initiatives aligned with company and unit goals. Creating and deploying HR systems and processes that support strategic business objectives. Providing guidance and support to leadership, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives. Establishing comprehensive training, development, and succession planning frameworks to sustain key capabilities and cultivate leadership talent for organisational resilience and employee advancement. Requirements: Experience in a large global organisation with responsibility for a headcount of over 500 across multiple locations. Mergers & acquisitions experience would be a distinct advantage. Solutions focused. Track record of successfully delivering strategic HR programs, strategic planning, risk management, and change management initiatives. Strong stakeholder management experience, with proven ability to influence at a senior level and enact change through effective leadership.
