We are proud to have cultivated a loyal and discerning clientele who entrust us year after year to deliver bespoke experiences at some of the best golf destinations in the world.     We are now looking for a highly skilled Commercial Product Development Manager who will scope, develop, and deliver new market-leading golf travel product experiences and services for designated source markets, in accordance with our commercial and brand objectives and targets.   The role will primarily focus on developing award winning experiences in new source markets and requires someone with previous experience developing dynamically packaged travel products and experiences from the ground up Key Responsibilities You will be accountable for and lead the identification and development of new destination propositions that complement our existing services and meet the demands of our discerning clients.  Ensure that new products, services, and destinations are fully researched, costed, developed, and agree implementation timelines with operations, sales, marketing, and finance teams. Ensure there is sufficient supply of product (rooms, tee-times, transport providers) to sustain new destination P&L growth. Stay constantly up to date of competitor or new entrant offerings and provide insights to relevant internal teams. Co-ordinate with the sales and marketing teams to develop GTM (go-to-market) strategies and ensure campaign launches are planned in a timely fashion. Articulate budget and resource requirements to the leadership team to enable GTM strategies are adequately resourced and supported. Liaise with Finance Team on any supplier payment terms, currency, or local regulations. Develop and nurture collaborative supplier relationships on a remote and in-person basis. Represent brands at international trade shows and partner visits as required. Provide constructive feedback to marketing/operations team related to quality of imagery selection, copy and technical accuracy. Source new suppliers and introduce competitive products to the market in response to most recent travel industry trends. Conduct ongoing product training and awareness to ensure attributes, benefits and USP's are understood by key internal stakeholders. Experience, Skills, Education Holds extensive product management experience (5 to 8 years preferred) and a proven track record of meeting commercial targets and operating in a commercial role. Significant understanding of golf or luxury leisure travel segment  Strong supplier relationship and account management experience, Essential - hotels, transport providers , Desirable - golf. The ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team, with the ability to bring people with you. Creative and innovate thinker with the ability to interpret, data, insights, and trends to create new product and revenue opportunities. Problem solver with the ability to push through barriers to get the job done. Highly numerically literate with the ability to interpret data and communicate financial and non-financial value of new product opportunities. Knowledge of relevant IT systems and market offerings with the ability to develop and think through future ways of working.
