Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:Business Partnering: You will partner closely with People & Culture Business Partners and key business stakeholders to gather & interpret data and determine what information & insights they want to discover. You will collaborate with Technology, Compliance & Data & Analytics teams to ensure business and functional requirements are documented and understood. You will develop and support initiatives that will build trust and credibility in our people data and enable our data to be structured in a way that is easily accessible.Process Improvement: You will ensure continuous improvement, consistency and effectiveness of data management, data quality and related processes. Identifying opportunities for change and enhancement of P&C activity either through process improvement, training, or system requirements.Data Governance/Quality: You will maintain and enhance the overall quality, integrity, and security of people data globally by upholding data governance policies and procedures, maintaining controls, performing quality checks, and resolving issues on a case-by-case basis.Project Management: You will support P&C Operations related projects to improve operational effectiveness, providing data consulting and support for ad hoc requests and projects across various P&C and business teams. What You’ll Bring Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular:You will have 4+ years’ experience in a HR professional or technology role with a deep understanding of appropriate processes, information, functions, and roles within a functional area. You are highly organised, detail-oriented, possessing the ability to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines set by management.Your proven experience in employing a consultative approach is evident, coupled with proficiency in delivering clear and compelling communication that resonates with stakeholders across various levels.You bring expert planning and organisation skills, ability to balance responsibilities, plan and allocate tasks effectively and schedule for yourself and the team and work within agreed timescales.You have enhanced attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview. Ready?
