We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and experienced finance professional to lead the finance function within Seedrs Europe and support our financial operations at group level. This person will serve as head of finance (PCF-11) of the EU legal entity and will report jointly to the Managing Director, Seedrs Europe and the Group Finance Director. What you'll do Lead the financial operations of Seedrs Europe, serving as head of finance (PCF-11) and running all financial reporting, client money, audit, tax and payroll functions for the entity and supporting with the execution of client transactions Manage the Outsource Agreement between Seedrs Europe and Seedrs, including potential serving as chief operating officer (PCF-42) of Seedrs Europe in due course Contribute actively to the work of the Seedrs finance team, especially but not solely FP&A work, reporting to the Finance Director of Seedrs and supporting finance matters relating to other Seedrs and Republic group entities Manage relationships with third-party financial services providers (payment providers, banks, auditors, tax authorities etc.) Support the Managing Director of Seedrs Europe in managing the operations of the Dublin office. Act as a secondary point of contact between Seedrs Europe and the Central Bank of Ireland. Who we’re looking for Sufficient experience, working either in a financial services firm regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland or a comparable business, to hold the PCF-11 post. Professional financial qualification with meaningful FP&A experience. Strong moral compass and ethical grounding suitable for a business that handles other people’s money. Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently while also willing to roll up their sleeves. Desire to work in a fast-moving, innovative business that is transforming how people invest and raise private capital. Creative thinker with strong pattern recognition and ability to reason by analogy. Friendly, collaborative individual who can work effectively with colleagues from different backgrounds and at different levels of seniority. Nice to haves (not mandatory) Experience at a top-tier accounting firm or similar Experience in an in-house financial role, preferably within small or medium-sized businesses.
