What you will do This is a phenomenal opportunity to join our Silent Aire team at Johnson Controls as a Senior Project Manager. This opportunity is of great importance. PM’s are fully responsible for ensuring that the project is managed and supported in a very disciplined manner across the multiple stakeholders and departments, so that our customers continually receive a high-quality product and service at every step of the journey. The successful Senior PM will develop pricing models that encompass all costs that are applicable to a project, it’s timelines and boundaries clearly identifying what our price includes/excludes. This will ensure that we focus on margin attainment.The set-up and integration of Autodesk Construction Cloud and other software-based systems across the business together with the development of processes and procedures will further bolster our efforts in seeking out greater efficiency departmentally.The PM will also work hand in hand with the site teams daily, understanding project status, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies so that the PM function fully supports the field at all times.How you will do itFull responsibility for successful delivery of Projects across the full lifecycle – post handover from Client Account Management through to successful Commissioning and handover to Client.Working alongside and directing all departments – Design, Manufacturing, Production, Procurement, QA/QC, Mission Critical through the project lifecycle.Responsible for the project budget and gross margin attainment across the lifecycle of the project.Develop pricing models across all opportunities that capture the PM & Site Execution stage of the project. Work alongside the Client Account Management function at pre-sales stage.Develop & maintain detailed project plans to include milestones, tasks, and target/actual dates of completion to ensure the project is kept on schedule, on time and on budget.Work and lead collaboratively with the Design Eng. and Manufacturing Eng., Production, Procurement, QA/QC, and site teams to identify and maximize opportunities that consistently strive to enhance our method of project delivery.Accountable for the safe delivery of projects through the management of risk and competence and setting out clear deliverables to the H&S team on what culture, reporting and training standards are to be set/met.
