Our team is committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the healthcare industry, making a tangible impact on people's lives every day.Location:Enjoy the flexibility of our hybrid work model, allowing to work remotely from home while also having the opportunity to collaborate in person at our vibrant facility in Ballina, County Tipperary.Responsibilities:Prepare month-end management accounts accurately and timely, focusing on inventory and sales reporting.Manage the Standard Costing system and refine standard labor times & costs.Understand and report on key drivers of sales, gross profit, and cost performance, ensuring meaningful insights.Analyze overhead expenditure monthly, comparing against budget and forecast.Assist in drafting the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.Collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams to develop improvements reducing exposure to excess and obsolete inventory.QualificationsTo excel in this position, you should be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with management accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing. Should have proven expertise in managing product costing systems and possess in-depth knowledge of manufacturing variances and inventory management. Experience in ERP implementation and continuous improvement/Lean methodologies is also desired.At LGC Clinical Diagnostics, we value excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
