Project Manager/Planner - Routing and Siting Competitive salary - Hybrid/Remote United States (Virginia/California/New York/Texas/North Carolina/South Carolina/Maryland Allen & York are excited to be working with a forward-thinking, global design and delivery firm. Our client is looking for an innovative Project Manager/Planner to lead on the delivery and project management of electrical transmission routing and substation siting projects for investor-owned utilities and independent transmission developers. You'll need to hold a Bachelor's degree in environmental science, planning, engineering or a related field, with extensive industry experience in a similar role. You'll have strong technical writing skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to manage and lead routing and siting studies for linear energy projects. An excellent communicator, you'll be skilled in writing proposals and reports, supporting business development opportunities. A subject matter expert, you'll enjoy supervising and mentoring junior team members, together with developing and maintaining strong client relationships. A good driving record and valid driver's license is required for this role. You will be required to conduct field work on occasions. An understanding of Geographic Information System (GIS) processes and capabilities would be advantageous for this role.
