Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support three members of our Executive Team (Chief People Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Finance Officer). The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. The Executive Assistant must be exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting Executive Leaders. Key Responsibilities:  Provide high-level administrative support to three executive leaders, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.  Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executives.  Assist with various tasks, including researching and compiling data, preparing reports, and maintaining relevant documentation.  Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the executive leader.  Assist with organizing events and meetings including coordinating logistics, diaries and 3rd party dependencies.  Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.  Perform other administrative duties as assigned including expenses, invoices, minutes and follow up actions as recorded or required Comply with the risk and compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role;  Undertake any other ad hoc projects as requested  Requirements 5 years + proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.  Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload.  Ability to plan and anticipate situations.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.  Ability to work independently and take initiative.  Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.  Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.  A team player with a flexible, positive attitude towards work  Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
