<p><strong>Senior Social Worker</strong></p> <p><strong>Based in CRC Lead Agency Children’s Disability Network Team, Clondalkin, Full-time Permanent, 35 hours per week.</strong></p> <p>The CRC Children’s Disability Network Teams (CDNT) provides interventions to children from the age of 0-18 years, presenting with complex developmental needs requiring inter-disciplinary intervention. The Senior Social Worker is a valuable member of the Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT). The CDNT provides an evidence-based service in line with family centred practice and Progressing Disability Services (PDS) principles. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team.</p> <p>The successful candidate will carry a case load, supervise Social Work staff &amp; students as required and take the Social Work lead in key areas of service development, reporting to the CDNT manager and for clinical supervision to the Principal Social Worker.</p> <p>The successful candidate will have the following <strong>essential</strong> requirements.</p> <p>· A recognised Social Work qualification and current CORU registration.</p> <p>· 3 years minimum post-qualification experience</p> <p>· Clinical knowledge, judgment and skills, including supervisory ability, to fulfil</p> <p>the functions of the role</p> <p>· Excellent communication, initiative and time management skills</p> <p>· Flexibility and teamwork skills are key to this role</p> <p>· Full driver’s license and access to car</p> <p><strong>Desirable</strong> requirements:</p> <p>· Experience of working in a Disability, Health, or Medical setting</p> <p>· Experience in Child Safeguarding</p> <p>· Experience in Group Work</p> <p>· Experience in Family Centered Practice</p> <p>It must be clearly demonstrated in your CV and supporting statement how you meet the required skills, competencies and knowledge for the post.
