Working within Total Rewards team, this role will help deliver major Reward Transformation programmes and projects that are critical to Total Rewards strategic objectives. Programme Manager is accountable for setting the programme framework, overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of programmes and projects that are aligned with People & Culture significant technology initiatives and business goals. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: You will oversee the entire lifecycle of major Reward programmes, from initiation through execution to closure, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements, both at a portfolio level with multiple accountable delivery teams across P&C, or at a programme management level for major complex projects (i.e., Job Architecture Redesign within Workday).You will develop and maintain a comprehensive programme plan, including defining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.You will proactively, identify potential risks and issues associated with transformation programmes and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Monitor and manage dependencies, ensuring effective coordination between projects to minimise risks and optimise outcomes.You will prepare informative presentations for internal and external review meetings. You will Work with key stakeholders to produce analytical insights that help shape longer term direction. Previous knowledge of HRIS systems and Compensation Principles desirable (not essential).Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals while fostering collaboration and teamwork.Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results within defined timelines/budgets.Planning and organisation skills, ability to plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
