Responsibilities - Prepare accurate cost estimates- Assist in budget development and management- Review bid documents and prepare submissions- Source materials and services- Conduct measurements and prepare valuations- Administer contracts and handle variations and claims- Identify and mitigate risks- Monitor workmanship and materials quality- Maintain client communication and provide updates- Manage project documentation and reporting- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders- Seek opportunities for process improvementKey Requirements- 3rd level degree in Quantity Surveying-Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within the Irish Construction industry- Must have own car & license-Analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.-Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills, interpreting complex data for informed decision-making.-Excel in negotiation and communication, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.-Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, and proactively managing project finances.-Eligible to work in Ireland.Package Offered- Starting salary ranging from €40,000 - €45,000 DOE- Excellent career progression opportunities- 20+ days annual leave- Annual salary review
