IT Service Manager IT Service Manager What you can expect from us: Check & implement: You check the IT requirements of the specialist departments and initiate the corresponding IT procurements. This includes regular participation in status meetings to gain a comprehensive insight into the needs of the specialist departments. You will also initiate order processing, which includes supplier relationship management (SRM) and cost monitoring. You will also keep a constant eye on incoming goods and carry out invoice verification and account assignment conscientiously. Monitoring: You always have an overview of the service contracts. This includes contract management, compliance with deadlines, the scope of services and cost-effectiveness. You support the review of services and the preparation of tenders by working closely with the Purchasing department. Optimize: Internal project monitoring within the department is also one of your tasks, including the preliminary clarification of measures with the specialist departments, expenditure calculation, planned/actual comparisons with regard to budget and milestones and the preparation of forecast planning. In this way, you ensure the long-term orientation of the projects and help to ensure that potential risks are identified and managed at an early stage. What you bring with you: Qualifications: You have completed vocational training in the commercial sector or equivalent training with relevant experience in the key areas of the position. Experience & Know-how: You have sound professional experience in information processing and are familiar with budget and milestone control in projects. IT skills: You have in-depth user knowledge of MS Office. Personality & working style: You are characterized by a high level of comprehension.
