Hybrid and flexible working Free parking Here’s a Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing   Advising Kellanova on all international tax impacts and considerations associated with business operations. Developing and executing tax planning strategies. Managing global cash repatriations with a view to enabling the tax-efficient repatriation of international cash to the US. Manage the tax reporting and compliance process for a number of European countries (including U.K), including managing the relationship with tax authorities in these countries. Partner with the European statutory accounts team to manage the overall process for statutory accounting tax provisioning.  Monitoring international tax developments and managing Kellanova’s response to changes in the external tax environment, including Pillar 2. Managing tax and transfer pricing audits, working with third-party advisors and local finance teams in the development of audit strategies, the preparation of defence files and audit responses.   Oversee and maintain necessary intercompany agreements and transfer pricing documentation. Manage external consultants and associated fees. Interact with external auditors. Indirectly lead and manage a team of tax people. This includes providing mentoring and training to other tax personnel globally. Partner and collaborate with a range of cross-functional teams including Treasury, Corporate Reporting, Legal and HR. Support the global tax function to analyse tax processes and identify areas that technology can be used to drive process efficiencies and improvements.   Your Recipe For Success   10+ years of experience managing complex corporate tax matters within global organizations or accounting firms. UK tax experience is an advantage for this role. Degree in Financial/Business discipline and/or Professional accounting qualifications Highly developed commercial sense and the ability to work autonomously and to influence and work across a variety of functions & cultures. Well-developed communication, leadership, influencing and analytical skill with close attention to detail.
