Employment Lawyer Dublin/Cork – Top Tier Law Firm An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Associate to join the Employment team of a Top Tier Law Firm. The successful candidate can choose to be based in the firms Dublin or Cork offices and will have the opportunity to advise on complex and novel employment law matters in a flexible and innovative environment.The Role The Employment team advise on a variety of aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious to international and domestic clients. The practice spans a variety of sectors, including technology, financial services and pharmaceuticals. In this role you will: Work collaboratively as part of multi-disciplinary specialist teams on high value and business critical client projectsAdvise on a wide range of employment issues such as managing dismissals, defending High Court injunctions and WRC claims, workforce restructuring, discrimination, workplace investigations, disciplinary procedures, performance management, enforceability of post-termination restrictive covenants, employment financial services regulatory issues, gender pay gap compliance, managing sickness absence and other day to day employment issuesGain experience in client advisory and litigation matters before the WRC and the High Court, working closely with Senior Associates and PartnersSupport on key client and regulatory investigation projectsSupport Partners in driving thought leadership in the employment law area including gender pay reporting, the future of work, workplace culture and senior executive accountability in regulated sectors The Person Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Employment lawHighly client focused and committed to exceeding client expectationsAble to manage a diverse workload and deliver quality commercially focused adviceThrive in a diverse, flexible and inclusive environment Interested applicants should contact Vicki Weinmann in strict confidence on +353 1 5313745 or submit your CV to vicki.weinmann@abrivia.ie.
