Job Description To ensure all laboratory services are operating, maintained and serviced, ensuring that products manufactured are tested to specification on time and plant quality and safety goals are met. Maintaining the equipment calibration and PM programs and keeping Maximo up to date. Improving lab efficiency by participating in improvement projects as assigned by the Lab Support Supervisor. Responsibilities: Ensure Laboratory Computerized Systems compliance with Data Integrity policies and regulatory requirements. Understand Regulations and business processes required to maintain Laboratory Data Integrity.  Ensuring all lab equipment is calibrated and maintained, adhering to calibration schedules.  Review of documentation, pre and post approvals. Liaising and working with external vendors. Management of the Maximo system, ensuring it is up to date. Sourcing of new equipment & gathering quotations. Ensuring Laboratory operational efficiency by participating in project teams assigned by the Lab Support Supervisor. Working closely with the QC Lab to ensure inter-departmental activities are planned and executed safely and efficiently. Adheres to and supports all EHS & E standards, procedures and policies. Qualifications   Third Level Qualification is desirable  Ability to plan and co-ordinate is required. Strong I.T. Skills.
