Your expertise will transform our social media channels into dynamic platforms for storytelling, brand advocacy, and audience engagement.   Responsibilities: Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and implement innovative text, audio, video and image based content strategies across platforms, focusing on TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter (X), that highlight our brand’s mission and industry leadership. SEO and Analytics: Monitor web traffic, oversee SEO strategies, and utilize tools like Google Analytics to gauge the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Audience Engagement: Drive engagement by tapping into trends, deploying witty memes, and crafting posts that speak directly to the interests of our audience, from pop culture enthusiasts to tech aficionados. Brand Advocacy: Elevate our brand's voice with your bold, cheeky style, ensuring our messaging breaks through the noise and captures the attention of a diverse audience. Innovative Campaigns: Implement creative ways to attract new customers, such as promotions and competitions, enhancing brand visibility and engagement. Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies to maximize effectiveness and reach. You’re a fan of things like adult cartoons, anime, wrestling, Netflix, video games, pop culture and meme culture. Bold, Brave and Scrappy: Unafraid to push the envelope with cheeky, engaging content that stands out. Strategic Thinker : Skilled in planning and executing strategies that translate brand goals into social media success. Master Communicator: Excellent at crafting messages that are clear, compelling, and tailor-made for social media platforms. The Class Clown: You’re witty, gritty, and super fast on your feet with zingers, one liners and comebacks.  Must-Haves: Proven Experience: 2-3 years of dynamic social media management, particularly with TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter (X). Education: BS degree in Marketing, New Media, or a relevant field is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics tools and content management systems. Creativity & Innovation: A portfolio that showcases your ability to create engaging, innovative content. Strong English Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Creation Tool Wizard: Experience in CapCut, Canva, Adobe (Premiere Pro), Hootsuite, etc Nice to Have: Video Production Skills: Experience in creating eye-catching videos that increase viewer engagement. Digital Marketing Savvy: Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
