Duty typically includes liaising directly with existing and new customers to identify opportunities, providing consultation and quotations, building client relationships and retention. You will provide renewal documentation and address any queries that arise. You will work towards targets and as part of a daily team. What you'll need to succeed APA Personal Lines qualified, working towards CIP. Min one-year experience in a financial service working environment, and proven negotiation skills with experience in settlement of complex claims. Positive relationship building skills, an ability to handle complex situations, and outstanding communication skills are also essential. What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a competitive basic salary from 30 to 32k gross /year, depending on experience + performance bonus, 10 days sick leave allowance, career progression including study support and more!
