Committed to excellence, they strive to design, build, operate, and maintain infrastructure that meets the highest standards of quality and environmental responsibility.Role Overview:As the Engineering & Technologies Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the E&T division, serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. You will be based out the Leinster office (30mins from M50) responsible for driving the development of market-leading products and innovations tailored to the water and wastewater industry.This new position will involve overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualisation and design to manufacturing, testing, and deployment across projects in Ireland and the UK. Additionally, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing innovative manufacturing and technologies strategy, with a focus on offsite manufacturing, technological advancements, OEM agreements, and strategic partnerships.Responsibilities:• Implement and monitor the progress of the E&T strategy.• Adopt and promote the Groups Sustainability and Net Zero carbon targets and that of respective Clients.• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts for business unit and report monthly on performance against budget/forecast.• Resource the business unit adequately to deliver successfully for our customers.• Make strategic decisions in accordance with Business Plan Objectives and provide the necessary leadership and direction for teams of managers to implement those decisions.• Oversee the manufacturing capability in terms of staff, material, and production to drive performance, efficiency and quality standards in line with business objectives and goals.• Provide input to business functions and operations in shaping and implementing efficiencies and improvements.Connect with Barry Kelly on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/barrykelly/ or call 086-232-5706 also email barry.kelly@icds.ie
