I.T. Systems Administrator The Role:As the I.T. Systems Administrator you will be responsible for operational support, maintenance, monitoring, implementation, documentation and configuration of new and existing systems, both in the Cloud and On-Premises. These systems include I.T. & Network Management Systems, Operational Support Systems, Business Support Systems, and we continue to work on upgrading and enhancing our IT Infrastructure. You will provide Level 2 and Level 3 Desktop Support to end-users and participate in an On-Call rota, as well as contributing your I.T. expertise to a variety of projects across the business.Key Responsibilities:·Provide IT Infrastructure support, including troubleshooting, operations support, maintenance & administration of our IT Infrastructure estate, based on Windows desktop and server, VMware, Linux, Azure and AWS environments.·Maintenance and administration of DNS, Active Directory, Microsoft O, AWS implementation, database platforms, NAS, SAN and other associated IT Infrastructure management systems.·Maintenance, build and deployment of physical servers, virtual servers, and cloud instances for the Group·Network (LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewall) administration and configuration support·Provide out-of-hours support to users by participating in an On-Call rota.·Maintenance and upkeep of assets, licenses, certificates, contracts and security records.·Interface with contractors, vendors and other third-parties and contribute to project work.·Assist the IT Team Lead, Head of IT, PMO and other stakeholders with ad hoc IT projects and vendor liaison.Key Skills / Qualifications:This challenging role requires a hands-on candidate and excellent customer focus. You will be responsible for support and maintenance tasks, service delivery and solving problems in a fast-moving and varied technical environment. Essential3+ Years experience in an I.T.
