Key Responsibilities: Navigate contracts through the signature process with finesse, engaging in meticulous proofreading and implementing necessary amendments.Tackle document management and filing in a fast-paced environment.Strict adherence to all SOPs and quality control agreements with clients.Establish effective communication channels with key stakeholders in the contract management sphere, ensuring absolute compliance with agreements.Meet all deadlines and skilfully coordinate administration timelines with relevant parties.Collaborate seamlessly in teams, forming partnerships with managers, cross-functional teams, and fellow teammates.Update databases with new data sourced from client agreements. Candidate Profile: Fluent in both German and English within a professional setting.Previous experience navigating the German marketplace is a distinct advantage.Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment, whether through data entry, quality control, or handling contractual documentation.Possess an analytical mindset with top-notch problem-solving skills and an unyielding attention to detail.A team player with robust communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to work independently.Proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel.Previous customer-facing experience is considered a valuable bonus.
