As a Business Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for working with and supporting every area of the company. The Business Development Project Manager reports to the Business Development Senior Project Manager.What you'll doSupport the business in reviewing their processes and ultimately making them more efficientSupport the business understanding and implementation of their processes (ARIS)Problem solve issues by getting to the root cause through an inquisitive approachUse Lean methodology to optimise our processes the right way the first timeAutomation of processes through Excel VBA and other available toolsManage a wide variety of projects across all Business Development areasPerform other job-related tasks as assignedWhat you'll needExperience working in a process driven environment with a proven track record of process optimisationStrong MS Office knowledge, especially in Power Automate and Excel Macro (automation) and/or coding knowledge is desirableAn analytical and logical thinker with strong business acumenExcellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skillsEmbracing a culture of continuous learning with a positive, can-do attitudeExcellent presentation skillsExceptional attention to detailFull driver’s license desirableWhat you'll receiveThrough our salary system, we ensure pay equality across all positions at Lidl€49,500 rising to €63,000 after 3 years20 days holidays per annum rising to 25 days after two yearsPrivate employee medical insuranceCompany pension after one year of serviceFlexible start and finish timesInitial training and on-going development from an experienced team memberExcellent opportunities for career progressionDynamic work environmentModern office facility with free parkingOn-site gym and canteenUp to 2 days remote working per weekMobile and broadband discounts with Three networkLidl is an equal opportunities employer.
