Our client is seeking someone who has a strong drive, has a passion for retail and can work both great in a team and on their own.  You will have the great opportunity of travelling with the buyers to countries and get the opportunity to see the different fashion trends! Role Overview: As a Buying Admin, you will play a pivotal role in the operations. Youll work closely with the buying team to ensure the smooth procurement of merchandise, maintaining optimal inventory levels while maximizing profitability. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting buyers in selecting merchandise assortments. Liaising with suppliers to negotiate terms and pricing Managing purchase orders and tracking shipments Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities Supporting administrative tasks to streamline buying processes. The ideal candidate Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Prior experience in retail or purchasing preferred but not required. A passion for the retail industry and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment. Whats in it for you?
