Then we are looking for you to support us as Network Administrator / IT Administrator (d/w/m) Location: Stuttgart / home office Field of application: IT Starting date: immediately Type of contract: Full-time Network Administrator / IT Administrator (d/w/m) Your tasks with us: As a Network Administrator (d/w/m) at emplify, you will ensure that our networks are up and running and secure. This includes firewall, switches and access points (D-Link) as well as remote connections. Together with our IT admin Marcel, you ensure that the hardware and software for our 55 or so employees always does what it is supposed to do. You support the management in an advisory capacity with the acquisition of new hardware and software systems and take responsibility for procurement. In close cooperation with our emplify software GmbH, you will support them with one or two tasks for our Linux-based dedicated servers and VServers. Good to know: You are never alone. You will be supported in your job by our managing directors Nils and Marcel and the friendly colleagues at our IT service provider. What sets you apart: Whether you have completed training as an IT specialist (d/w/m), have a degree in computer science (d/w/m) or are an IT-savvy career changer (d/w/m), it doesn't matter - only your expertise counts for us. Network technology is your hobbyhorse - ideally you have already configured a WatchGuard, Fortinet or similar hardware firewall. Do you have experience with the administration of websites/web servers, Linux and Microsoft365 as well as good knowledge of hardware? This is not a must, but a plus.
