We assist Irish Company Directors, Business Owners and Entrepreneurs to reduce costs, reduce taxes and improve both business and personal financial performance.  Walfrid Private implement strategic plans with their clients to ensure they achieve financial independence sooner than they ever imagined possible by structuring long term bespoke financial cashflows.  We work with clients nationwide, to ensure Wealth Development through multi-channel cashflows that are structured tax efficiently.   Role Overview:   Due to the success of our sister brand, The Wealth Summit, and our continued growth right across the business we are looking to add a Financial Advisor to our team. The Financial Advisor will be tasked with providing expert guidance to our clients (mainly HNW company owners or directors) to help them secure their financial futures. Responsibilities:   Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations. Develop and implement customized financial plans that align with clients' objectives, incorporating investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning. Provide expert advice on a range of financial products and services, such as pension, investment and protection products. Stay current on market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide informed and up-to-date advice to clients. Actively identify sales opportunities from inbound enquiries. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, reviews, and adjustments to financial plans as needed. Collaborate with internal teams, such as business development and broker support teams, to ensure holistic and integrated financial solutions for clients. Stay compliant with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest ethical standards in all client interactions. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a consultative sales-focused position within the financial services industry. QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) certification is required. Additional qualifications such as RPA, SIA, or CFP are highly desirable. Previous experience advising on of pension, protection and investment products in the Irish market is a must. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships. Proven ability to evaluate complex financial information and provide clear, actionable recommendations.   Benefits Shorter working week, half day every Friday. Company Pension.
