Requirements: Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a home care role Educational Background: Minimum full award QQI level 5 in Health service skills or healthcare support or nursing studies or community care studies; additional certifications or degrees are advantageous. License and Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with willingness to travel between client homes. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to various home environments and changing client needs. Background Check: Successful completion of a background check, including Garda Vetting.
