Job Description: As an IT Support specialist at Kepak, you will provide 1st level day-to-day technical support to a dynamic office and production environment. Your responsibilities will include: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and in-house application issues Managing service desk tickets for the site Procuring hardware for the site Delivering outstanding customer service by promptly answering calls and ensuring courteous and professional communication Working as part of a larger team to meet individual and group targets Providing excellent customer technical support and striving for first call resolution with each case Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queries and complaints Logging support information and actions to the relevant database/system Supporting a production facility in addition to the primary office location Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have: A third-level qualification in the field of IT or equivalent experience At least 3 years of experience in a technical support environment Excellent working knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems Knowledge of Windows Servers, both physical and virtual Experience with VMWare/Hyper-V and virtual backup technologies (Veeam) Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration skills Experience with network patching switches and wireless installations The ability to work effectively as part of a larger team A pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude The ability to take ownership, organize workload, and adapt to changing priorities quickly Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: A third-level qualification in IT or equivalent experience At least 3 years of experience in technical support Excellent knowledge of Desktop Operating Systems Experience with Windows Servers, VMWare/Hyper-V, and virtual backup technologies Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory administration Experience with network patching switches and wireless installations The ability to work well in a team A pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Benefits What can we offer you?
