Package: Hybrid Work Options (3 Days in Office, 2 Days WFH) €30k – €35k+ (Basic) Dependent on Experience & Open to Negotiation Commission Potential €12k Profit Share (€1-2k Per Year) Pension Employee Assistance Programme Life Cover Active Sports and Social Club Paid Annual Leave (24 Days Plus Public Holidays) Role: You will achieve sales and market share objectives by selling a range of Medical Devices to a large customer base of Primary Care Units across Territory. Duties: Manage a specific geographic sales area, developing business with new customers and supporting and developing existing customers Sales order processing, preparation of quotations and follow up with customers for order completion Build relationships with customers and be their trusted advisor by providing needs based solutions Manage customer contracts in line with service level agreements Build and develop your knowledge of the customer and your territory Manage customer complaints to resolution Develop personal product knowledge by involvement in product training sessions Represent the business at trade shows Experience: 2 Years Plus B2B Inside Sales Experience A track record of working to Target Specific experience within Healthcare an advantage but not essential Personal Characteristics: Sales focused with communication & influencing skills at an advanced level Ability to create a positive impact and convey confidence and credibility to others in a Commercial Environment Driven by a desire to succeed and a work ethos to match The Motivation to overcome setbacks and rise to a challenge
